What happens after I submit the form?

The founder reads every request personally and replies by email, usually within 24 hours on UK business days. Expect a couple of questions about your workflows, then we agree a time that suits you and send a calendar invite.

Why can I not just book a time slot?

Because the demo is built around your workflows rather than a script we show everyone. We swap a couple of emails first. That way the session shows FusedFrames documenting work close to what your team actually does, which tells you far more than a scripted demo.

What does the demo actually show?

The founder screen-shares from his own device, runs a prepared capture of a real workflow and then has an AI agent read the documents it produces. You see the desktop app, the dashboard and an agent working from start to finish on the same call.

How long does it take?

30 minutes on a video call. Roughly half on the capture and processing, half on the AI agent reading the result and whatever questions you bring.

Who will I be speaking with?

Henry, the founder. There is no sales team, so questions about where the product is going, what is coming next and the choices behind it get direct answers from the person making those decisions.

Can I ask to see a specific workflow?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and the form is the place to mention it. It needs to be something we already have access to or can get access to before the call, with enough notice to prepare it properly. Nothing is needed from you on the day itself.

Will you need to install anything on my machine or touch my data?

Accepted Answer

No. The capture runs on the founder's device using prepared workflows. You install nothing, share nothing and can simply watch.

Can I bring colleagues?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once we agree a time you get a calendar invite to forward to anyone you like. Engineering, operations, security and purchasing people often join the same session.

Is there any obligation afterwards?

Accepted Answer

None. The demo is free and you never have to buy anything afterwards. If it turns out FusedFrames is not the right fit, that is a useful outcome too.
