Where does my data live?

Recordings and documents are stored in secure cloud databases and private file storage in the United States. They are encrypted in transit and at rest and never made public. Files are only ever served through the platform. The outside companies that help us run the service (our sub-processors) are listed by category in our privacy policy, so you can see who handles what.

Can I delete what has been captured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Delete recordings one at a time or in bulk from the dashboard. They are removed from the database and from the search index, so agents reading your documents can no longer reach them. Deleting a device, a workspace or your account permanently removes its data too.

Question 3

What happens if something sensitive is captured by mistake?

Passwords, card numbers, keys and other secrets are stripped on your device before anything is sent. Our servers then run a second check when it arrives, as an extra layer of protection. If something still slips through, open the recording and delete it. It is removed everywhere it was stored.

Can my teammates see everything I record?

Accepted Answer

No. Devices, recordings and document libraries are private to their owner by default. They only become visible more widely when you share them with the workspace or with selected members. Access to the source recordings behind documents is also switched off for each API key by default, so agents only read what you have allowed.

How do you handle sign-in, SSO and MFA?

Sign-in is passwordless: you confirm a six-digit code sent to your email, so there are no passwords to steal or leak. You can add passkeys or an authenticator app as an extra sign-in check, with recovery codes as backup. SAML single sign-on and SCIM directory sync are available on Enterprise, and Team and Enterprise workspaces can require two-factor authentication for every member.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Cancelling stops the subscription, not your data. Your workspace is kept so you can export or subscribe again later, and nothing new is recorded or written in the meantime. Export anything you want to keep in JSON, CSV, XLSX or PDF. When you want the data gone, delete the workspace and it is permanently removed.

Do you offer a Data Processing Agreement?

Yes, on request. Email legal@fusedframes.com and we will send our current DPA, sub-processor list and security questionnaire within one business day.

Are you SOC 2 certified?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. The platform is already built to the controls a SOC 2 audit measures: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging, hashed credentials and managed sub-processors. If your procurement process has specific requirements, talk to us and we will work through them with you.

How do I report a security vulnerability?

Email hello@fusedframes.com. We reply to every responsible report within one business day. We work with you on a fix and credit the report once the issue is fixed.
